GETTING STARTED WITH CHORD CIRCUIT

Pick a key, tap a chord and it always sounds right. Then strum it, add drums and bass, record progressions and jam.

  1. Join the Google Group (chord-circuit-testers)
  2. Become a tester on Google Play
  3. Download and install Chord Circuit

It can take a little while after joining the group before Google Play lets you install the app. If step 2 or 3 says it isn't available yet, wait a bit and try again.

Your first five minutes

Play in five steps

  1. Hold your phone sideways and pick a key and scale at the top. C Major is a good start.
  2. Tap a chord pad. Every pad fits the key, so nothing sounds wrong.
  3. Swipe the strings on the right to strum, or tap them one at a time for a melody.
  4. Turn on Latch so chords keep playing after you let go.
  5. Tap Groove and switch on Drums and Bass. Now try C → G → Am → F.
